The Board of Guide Dogs for the Blind licenses and regulates guide dog schools and instructors. If you wish to file a complaint you must send it in writing by mail, email, or fax to one of the addresses below. You may also file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs by going to On-Line Complaints.
