Complaints Regarding Public Access Rights

Access rights to places of public accommodation do not fall under the Board's jurisdiction. Complaints regarding access rights should be made to the United States Department of Justice (Americans' with Disabilities Act or ADA) or the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) (Unruh Civil Rights Act and Disabled Persons Act). If you wish to file a complaint with the Department of Justice, or DFEH you can do so through the following methods:
