President Brenner called the teleconference meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. Roll was called and four members present constituted a quorum for doing business. President Brenner welcomed everybody in attendance. A closed session was called so that the Board could discuss personnel issues. Upon completion of discussion, the Board went back into open session. At 4:30 p.m., with no further business, the meeting adjourned.
